Staff and Doctor are very professional. Attend to all your questions and always have an answer. East side orthodontics made us feel like we were not just a patient but more like family! Amazing service and such an overall easy experience!!! I have 2 teenagers in braces and in school activities/sports, so scheduling is a task to say the least. These guys are awesome! Let me first say, East Texas is not my original ortho doctor, as I moved to Canton a few years ago after my braces came off. I’ve had two issues over the years and East Texas Ortho has stepped up and helped me both times! My permanent retainer broke this morning. They worked me in right away and had my retainer fixed so quickly. The staff is so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend them or anyone! Thank you East Texas Orthodontics!

I had braces in middle school and unfortunately over time noticed they started to shift and decided I wanted to give invisalign a try since I was getting married. I started coming here last year and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I had to come to my appointments during my lunch break and they were always so quick to get me in. After 44 trays of Invisalign, I told them I wanted to make sure this was the last time I would have to go through this so they put in a permanent retainer as well as gave me a clear one to wear at night. My experience with them has been great and I highly recommend them to anybody!

Best orthodontics care you will find within 200 miles. The staff is great and caring! My nieces and wife and I go there for our braces. let me tell you it’s amazing to be able to have braces and know that when I’m done with braces I will have that perfect smile I’ve always wanted to have. I have a major fear of anything dental and they have helped me grow past that big fear and now when I go for my appts it’s a cake walk knowing they’ve got my concerns at top of the list with every visit. They truly feel like extended family for sure!

Amazing staff from beginning to end! I am terrified of anything dental due to poor dental growing up and then military dental, so you can imagine the fear I have and had then we found East Texas Orthodontics and my life has literally been changed. For 37 years I hated to smile and hated my smile but they have closed that chapter of my life of having fear of smiling I have braces and my teeth are looking better and better by the day! I do not recommend any other companies because they take such great care of you and with my history they take that extra care every time even if it’s something simple. From the initial call to Amy, she was kind and caring about a retainer I had that came loose and was poking my mouth. She was able to schedule an even earlier appointment for me on my second call. On the morning of the visit, I was greeted by Amy and other friendly staff. I was taken back almost immediately and the assistant took photos and assessed the situation. She was very professional and friendly. Dr. Brown then came in and worked on removing the retainer. Dr. Brown was professional and friendly and wasted no time. It was then determined that I would replace the permanent retainer with a clear retainer worn at night. When time to check out I was very surprised at the “no charge”. Dr. Brown and his staff are truly amazing!! I was recommended by a friend to go here and I'm so glad I did! I've been doing treatment with him since May 2021 and It's the best experience I've had with ''dental work' period. He really does care about your needs, It's not just 'another dollar' to him.I had to have one bracket taken off and my wire so I could get a couple fillings done (per dentist request). Well in the process of getting my bracket and wire back on, the filling/build up my dentist did had FALLEN OFF! I was so overwhelmed at the fact of the work my dentist had just done, less than 24 hours earlier, and it had just popped off like nothing! I'm not here bashing the dentist, but the way Dr. Brown and his team handled the situation was GRACEFUL!!! They all reassured me that they would fix it, and that I wasn't going to walk out of the office missing a tooth there! Y'all I was crying, I felt so defeated!!! I wish I could show you pictures, because Dr. Brown's work on this build up for my tooth is absolutely beautiful!! That was definitely a blessing in disguise, it's much more symmetrical to my other teeth. His staff is amazing all the women in there were comforting me reassuring me that it would be okay! One of the ladies (Mandy) even reached to me later in evening to check in on me! I really appreciated that! If you're looking to get brace's that are affordable and with a great Dr. AND great staff, I highly recommend giving Dr. Brown a chance! I've moved since I started treatment and live nearly 3 hours away, and It's more than worth the drive! Thank you Dr. Brown, I appreciate you ALL so much!

The best Orthodontics office in all of east Texas!!! They were able to get my daughter in quickly for a consultation, and we even got her braces on that same day! (I had asked ahead if this was a possibility so we scheduled for a time when they could) all staff were so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We loved them so much that I even decided to get top braces back on as an adult to fix a few minor issues that I had with my smile. This office was great every step of the way, my only downfall is that we moved and couldn't finish care with this office. Glad we got to know everyone though and thankful that my smile is now amazing and my daughter got a great start on her orthodontic needs. So having braces at 48 is not my most favorite thing, but I can't think of a better orthodontist to have than East Texas Orthodontics! When I've had "emergencies" from a wire poking me to broken brackets, they have always squeezed me in the same day and have been incredibly accommodating. The staff and the orthodontists are AMAZING! I got braces over 14 years ago in Oklahoma and my permanent retainer just broke a week ago while now living in Texas. I called 3 different places and asked if they could repair it for me and they said no because it wasn’t “their case”. When I called East Texas Orthodontics, they immediately offered to squeeze me in and fix it without charge!!! So very grateful for these folks. Would highly recommend this place! The staff was extremely nice and pleasant the entire time.

I have two kids in braces from here and out of all there offices we love the Athens one!!! The staff is always helpful and understanding. The office is clean and bathrooms spotless.... thats a big deal to me! I would highly recommend the Athens office!

We have been so pleased with Dr. Brown and his staff. My oldest just finished with braces and now has a beautiful smile to be proud of. All three offices are efficiently run with friendly staff. The two newest offices in Mabank and Athens have top of the line dental technology and entertainment for both the patient and anyone waiting. We highly recommend East Texas Orthodontics!

First time here today. Two ladies at the front desk at 3pm super nice and friendly! Daughter lost her retainer and was able to get her in and out. Extremely understanding financially. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Brown has completed ortho care for my daughter and I will definitely return when it is time for my son to start orthodontic treatment. Dr. Brown and staff are always friendly and make you feel super comfortable and welcome at their office. As a Dental Hygienist I can say his work is perfection!

Amazing people work here y’all! My first appointment they got me into braces that same day. I was there by myself with my 2 month old at the time... while I was getting my braces on they helped me by holding my daughter and even had white noise playing on one of their phones to help comfort my daughter! I will never forget that day! And seriously every time I go in there I feel like we’re all friends. They make you feel so comfortable even had a girl who works there come up and say hi to me while I was at Walmart! They seriously are the best! Oh! And I took my son to get a cleaning on the Saturday where it’s like $10? Is it $10? Idk how much it was lol but a lady from magnolia dental took us over into east Texas orthodontics building to clean his teeth over there. and I saw Dr Brown he asked how I was doing and I so happened to have a wire that was poking me and I missed my appointment the day before to get it fixed... I had a lot going on that day.. even though I called them that morning to tell them I had a wire poking my cheek I still missed it.. anyway I wasn’t expecting him to fix it right then or anything cuz they were busy. But he told me to sit down real quick and clipped the wire for me! All around great people and Dr Brown is fixing my teeth all up! And I am so so so grateful for that! I even like him when he makes me wear rubber bands!! Lol I hate those things!! Lol

My son has been seeing Dr Brown in Canton for a few years. We have always been very happy with the service we have received. I love that they are open on Saturdays since I work M-F! Any time we have had an issue, they are always quick to work us in. I highly recommend them!

For several years I have wanted to straighten my teeth but hadn't found just the right orthodontist. Three different friends referred Dr. Matt to me. Upon speaking with him and his office manager, I realized I could afford him and his reasonable payment plan.Dr. Matt has a state of the art facility; he is personable, and doing a beautiful job with my smile, using Invisalign.
