Great office! The front staff were all very nice and welcoming. They were able to squeeze me in to reattach my permanent retainer. The doctor was very nice and quick! The lady that did the install was very happy and quick! The rooms in the back all have amazing views of the outside gardens, which was a really nice touch! Can’t wait to bring my four kiddos back for their braces in the future!

My wife and daughters both have braces through East Texas Orthodontics and I will say they are by far the nicest people ever. Always greeting everyone with a smile when someone walks through the door and the doctor is an awesome man and does a jam out job. Keep up the amazing work East Texas.

My Experience has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is very nice. I never had any problems and they did an amazing job with my braces and I’d recommend anyone to come to them. 10/10

They got me in so quickly to remove old glue from braces that I had years ago! Sweet people. They never once made me feel uncomfortable due to the circumstances of my teeth. I will be back !

I had braces 25 years ago so I don’t have an orthodontist in the area. I had a permanent retainer that had become sharp at the end and needed repair. The Lindale office got me in the very next week and was able to get my retainer repaired without having to go through an entire new patient appointment. The ladies there were so kind too!!!

Our family highly recommends East Texas Orthodontics! Dr. Brown and everyone at the Tyler office are wonderful to work with. The office is great, and top of the line technologies are used, which make the whole experience fun and easy.

I cannot say enough great things about East Texas Orthodontics! My daughter was visiting from South Texas when she had an unexpected braces emergency. Before contacting East Texas Orthodontics, I reached out to two other orthodontists who turned us away because she was not their patient. From the moment I called, the team at East Texas Orthodontics treated us with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. They got her in quickly, thoroughly fixed the problem, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. When I asked how much I owed for the visit and repair, they simply smiled and said, "Nothing." Wonderful office. I have taken all of my grandchildren here and love that I can trust the staff to take good care of them. They truly make them feel special everytime they have an appointment. This office also has so much more to offer than the other ortho offices in the area. Lots of technology and fun things for the kids

Dr. Matt Brown & his team are amazing!! My daughter recently got her braces removed and I cannot stress enough how grateful we are for all the time and care for my daughter’s teeth.
